You are solely responsible for all audio content you submit. By submitting audio, you represent and warrant that:
Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. In many places, all parties to a conversation must consent to being recorded. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable recording laws in your location.

Audio files you submit are processed by our artificial intelligence pipeline. Audio files are deleted from our servers immediately after transcription is complete. We do not permanently store your audio recordings.
Transcripts, summaries, and extracted action items are stored in our database associated with your email address. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at legal@debriefthis.com.

You retain all ownership rights to the audio content you submit and the transcripts generated from your content.
The DeBrief This platform, software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
The Service offers a free tier with limited usage (5 lectures) and paid subscription plans. Free tier limits and paid plan pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact legal@debriefthis.com for refund requests.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF TRANSCRIPTIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
